Gears

There are 4 types of equipment, each of which can enhance the attributes of the equipment.
Sneakers - Energy Supply
Clothes - No Energy Supply
Trousers - No Energy Supply
Pets - Energy Supply (coming soon)
Efficiency (WFT Earning) – Solo Mode, Marathon Mode
In Solo Mode, Efficiency plays a part in WFT earnings. Having a higher Efficiency Attribute will result in better WFT earnings per Energy spent.
In Marathon Mode, higher Efficiency leads to a faster accumulation of Leaderboard points.
Luck (Mystery Chest) – Solo Mode, Sneaker Rental
Luck determines the frequency and quality of a Mystery Chest drop. Users are also able to receive Mystery Chest drops while their Gears are leased out.
Resilience (Durability/Repair) – Solo Mode, Marathon Mode
In Solo Mode, Comfort affects the decay rate of HP, and WFT earning.
1. When HP < 100% = Sneaker cannot be listed on Marketplace or transferred away.
2. When HP < 20% = Sneaker cannot be counted to provide energy in that Realm.
3. When HP = 0, Sneaker cannot be used for moving.
Comfort (WFT Earning) – Solo Mode, Marathon Mode, Staking/Governance
In Solo Mode, Resilience affects the decay rate of Durability. Higher Resilience will result in a slower Durability decay.
The higher the Gear's level or quality, the higher the repair cost. Durability is a Gear’s “stamina” bar. As a user moves, Durability will decrease. Gears receive a “worn-out” penalty at 2 Durability touch points:
At 50/100 Durability, Sneaker Efficiency drops to 90%
At 20/100 Durability, Sneaker Efficiency drops to 10%
In Marathon Mode, resilience will allow users to earn more points as their Sneaker will stay above the “worn-out” penalty mark longer.
Users will be able to burn WFT/WST to reset the Sneaker's Attribute points. The more frequent the reset, the more expensive it will be, with the cost capping at a certain level.
Name | Optimal Speed (km/hr) | Example Return at Optimal Speed |
---|---|---|
Walker | 1 - 6 | 4 WFT / 1 Energy spent |
Jogger | 4 - 10 | 5 WFT / 1 Energy spent |
Runner | 8 - 20 | 6 WFT / 1 Energy spent |
Trainer | 1 - 20 | 4 - 6.25 WFT / 1 Energy spent |
Users’ WFT return is not static, and several factors may cause it to fluctuate:
- 1.Sneaker Efficiency (Low Durability affects Efficiency).
- 2.GPS signal/External Environment - users will earn less if GPS signal is poor.
- 3.Randomization.
There are five Gears qualities. When a Gears is minted, the value of each Attribute will be chosen at random within the min. and max. values according to Sneaker quality. As such, even Sneakers of the same quality may have vastly different Attribute distributions.
Quality | Min. Attribute | Max. Attribute |
---|---|---|
Common | 1 | 10 |
Uncommon | 18 | 18 |
Rare | 15 | 35 |
Epic | 28 | 63 |
Legendary | 50 | 112 |
Users can level up their Gear by burning WFT. Each level-up takes a fixed time to complete, which increases along with the amount of WFT required according to the Gears level. This process can be made faster/boosted up by using even more WFT.
Upon level-up, users will attain 4 - 12 additional Attribute points to assign according to their Gear quality.
Quality | Attribute Point/Level up |
---|---|
Common | 4 |
Uncommon | 6 |
Rare | 8 |
Epic | 10 |
Legendary | 12 |
Additional perks will be unlocked upon reaching certain level milestones:
Milestone | Triggered Event |
---|---|
Level 5 | Unlocks Socket |
Level 5 | Unlocks Shoe-minting |
Level 10 | Unlocks Sneaker Lease function |
Level 10 | Unlocks Socket 2 |
Level 15 | Unlocks Socket 3 |
Level 20 | Unlocks Socket 4 |
Level 25 | Restore HP to full |
Level 30 | Unlocks WST earning |
At max level, user needs to choose between earning GST or GMT. Switching between WFT/WST earning is allowed, but will be subject to a cooldown duration.
- 0-1 — 60 min
- 1-2 — 120 min
- 21-22 — 22 * 60 = 1320 min

Speed up cost = 2 * Upgrade cost * time left / time needed.
Formula
En
P
kP1
kP2
kP3
kR
WFT = En * P ^ kP1 * kP2 * kP3 * kR
En — the amount of energy consumed. Each unit of available energy is burned in T minutes (the time depends on the «Efficiency» rate).
P — gear’s efficiency parameter. For this formula we use the sum of basic values and additionally pumped parameters of the gear.
kP1 — system coefficient of Performance #1.
kP2 — token coefficient based on the type of the used sneaker:
Walker – 1
Jogger - 1.1
Runner – 1.15
Trainer – 1.05-1.25 (this type of sneakers has a flexible coefficient that depends on the speed during each walk).
kP3 — parameter from 0 to 1. The value of this parameter depends on the correlation between the actual speed of walking and the speed range of the chosen type of sneaker.
kR — stability coefficient. Depends on your gear's resilience. At 100% resilience the coefficient is equal to 1. If the resilience at the start of the walk is lower than 100%, then the coefficient decreases proportionally.
Daily WFT earnings limits depend on the level of pumping of the used gear. Also, if the user has more than 1 gear, the indicators are summed up.

Depending on the amount of Luck Power per walk, the probability of getting a chest with NFT and its rarity class are determined.
Formula
En
L
kL1
P
kL2
kL3
Luck Power = En * (L * kL1 - P * kL2) ^ kL3
En — the amount of energy consumed. Each unit of available energy is burned in T minutes (the time depends on the «Efficiency» rate).
L — gear’s «Luck» rate. For this formula we use the sum of the values of the basic and the additionally pumped parameters of the sneaker.
kL1 — system coefficient Luck #1.
P — gear’s efficiency parameter. For this formula we use the sum of basic values and additionally pumped parameters of the gear.
kL2 — system coefficient Luck #2.
kL3 — system coefficient Luck #3.
Resilience affects the durability of a gear. The higher this parameter, the slower the condition of your sneaker deteriorates.
Formula
En
R
kR1
kR2
Resilience destroy = En * kR1 ^ (R / kR2)
En — the amount of energy consumed. Each unit of available energy is burned in T minutes (the time depends on the «Efficiency» rate).
R — gear's durability rate. For this formula we use sum of basic and additionally pumped parameters of the gear.
kR1 — system coefficient Resilience #1.
kR2 — system coefficient Resilience #2, depends on gear's rarity.
To restore sneakers to 100% condition, it is necessary to make repairs.
Formula
Res
kR3
kR4
lvl
kR5
Repair cost = (100-Res) * (kR3 + kR4 * lvl) * kR5
Res — current durability (0-100).
kR3 — system coefficient Resilience #3, shows the basic repair cost in WFT for a 0 lvl gear.
kR4 — system coefficient Resilience #4, shows the additional repair cost in WFT for the gear which is not 0 lvl.
lvl — current level of the gear.
kR5 — system coefficient Resilience #5, multiplier of repair cost for higher class gears.
